Can I edit my web site?
We offer an online editor that enables you to edit areas of your site that are most likely to change - contact information, scrolling ticker, about us page, etc. For a small additional fee we also offer you access to your website so that you can edit your site directly. However, you do need advanced HTML skills to be able to edit a Myers website.

How many pages do I get with my site?
Your website consists of static and dynamic pages. Static pages are easy to count. Dynamic pages on the other hand are only displayed when your site visitor inputs required information. Examples of dynamic pages would be the output pages of a calculator or the pages of your online application. Your Myers website is feature rich and has a lot of pages. However, we do not keep track of the number of actual pages your site has.

Can I customize my web site?
Yes, you can customize your web site. We will add your logo at no charge. We have a design and technical support department that will help you customize your web site at our standard hourly rates. You may also hire a third party design firm to customize your web site for you. However, your Myers site is dynamic and we recommend using only third party designers that are experts at working with complex, dynamic sites.

Can we remove the credit card, auto loans, credit report buttons on the site?
Yes, we will remove these buttons or any other buttons upon request. However, if you sign up for our affiliate program, you can make additional revenue through business generated by these buttons.

Can we change the button styles at anytime?
Yes, you can for a nominal fee.

We provide you with a log-in to OriginatorNetwork.com. Once you log-in to OriginatorNetwork.com, you will have access to edit your site, view site traffic, view/download applications, check email and much more.

Yes, you can provide your Loan Officers with OriginatorNetwork accounts.

What are the best web site tools that will turn hits into closed loans?
If you provide your web site visitors with useful up-to-date information and tools, you are most likely to convert them into borrowers. We strongly recommend calculators, up-to-date rates and rate notification tools. The most important part of your website is your online application. The application must be very user friendly. The borrower must be able to save the application in progress.

Do you hook us up to search engines? How many?
We list you in the top 10 free search engines. Please be advised that the majority of search engines like Yahoo! and AOL are no longer free. If you wish to be listed in Yahoo! you will need to pay Yahoo!.

Once your site is up and running, you will need to advertise your site.
We offer a free, online marketing class that will

The amount of traffic you get is a function of how well you market your web site and so it's completely under your control. We highly recommend taking our free online marketing class to learn how to market your site.

How many loans can I expect to get from my web site once I'm on line?
The number of loans you can expect to close depends on numerous factors including web site advertising and having up-to-date information on your website. Some of our clients are getting over 100 applications a month, because they are very focused on marketing their website.

Can I buy your web site and host it with my current ISP?
Your Myers site includes Myers proprietary products. These products can only run on Myers servers. In addition, we are constantly improving our products. You can host content pages/graphics at another location - but you would need to link out to our products from that location. However, as this may not be the most cost-effective solution, please ask a Sales Representative for more information and a pricing quote to do this.

How reliable are your web sites?
Our web sites are very reliable. We guarantee 99% uptime. We continuously monitor our web sites and automatically alert our staff should any site go down for any reason.

What happens if the web site does not work?
If your website is down or does not work, we will issue you a pro-rated refund for the duration of the time it did not function.

Do I get my own domain name? Do I get a custom email address?
Yes, you can register a new domain name or transfer an existing one. If you register a new domain name, there is a domain registration fee. You also get a custom email address e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com.

Can you automatically publish my rates?
Yes, we maintain a wholesale rate database from the top wholesale lenders in the country. This database is updated several times every day. We provide you with an interface to select your favorite lenders, add your points and fees and set your closing costs. You may choose either an automated rate sheet or an automated rate search. An automated rate sheet provides pricing on a page using certain assumptions about loan amount, LTV, etc. An automated rate search asks the borrower questions and produces a risk-adjusted customized quote.

Can I manually input my own rates?
Yes, we provide a very user-friendly web-based rate sheet generator that enables you to input your own rates

Can you automatically notify my customers when its time for them to refinance?
Yes, our RateAlert product allows borrowers or loan officers to input their target rates. We automatically notify you and your borrower when a target rate is met.

We provide you with an online form to request lenders. We review requests to add lenders on a regular basis and add lenders based on demand.

How do I get the applications?
You may retrieve the applications through your OriginatorNetwork account you get when you become a Myers' customers. You can view the applications online or import them into your processing software.

Do I own my web site?
Yes, you own the html and graphics content of your web site. Per our contract "Client will own a single user, nontransferable, perpetual license for Template, Classique or Custom website design graphics/content and HTML content, created by Provider for the website and Client shall retain such license after termination of this Agreement"

Is there a Long Term Contract?
We offer several different contract terms including month to month. Most of our clients choose our longer term contracts to save money and lock in pricing.

What happens after my 1 year, 2 yr or 3 yr contract is finished?
After your initial term ends, your contract is month to month. You may however, choose to renew on a longer-term contract to save money at the time your contract renews.

Why do you charge premium usage fees?
We charge premium usage fees for excessive usage of our resources. This is because we have some customers that generate large amounts of traffic and require additional server resources. The majority of our customers are never charged a premium usage fee. For more details about our premium usage fees, refer to our website terms of use in the legal section of our website.
