Ideal to target refinance customers. Allows customers to register a rate they want. Requested customer information is stored in a database and can be retrieved at any time. When a rate target is met, both the customer and the mortgage company are notified via email. This can also be used for loan officers when it's time to contact existing or new clients for a refinance.
