If your company already has a qualified* Myers web site you may now obtain your own Interactive Originator Web Site! Your web site address will be http://yourname.yourcompany.com (example johnsmith.abcmortgage.com) In addition, your clients will be able to reach you by entering http://www.yourcompany.com/yourname (example www.abcmortgage.com/johnsmith). Your own personal web site will have the same features (calculators, secure applications, etc) as your company web site.

Loan Officer Web Site Features
- Add your picture to personalize your web site
- Edit Company name, motto, contact information and About Us page text at any time
- Put your own contact numbers on the web site- phone, pager, cell, fax
- Retrieve your leads through a secure connection. Import into POINT, Byte, Genesis2000, Contour or any loan origination system compatible with the FNMA DU 2.0 file format. Each loan officer gets their own password protected account.
- Company management can view all loan officer leads
- No long-term contracts! Terms are month-to-month! No early-cancellation fees!
*To qualify for this offer, the following conditions need to be met:
- Your company must already have, or must purchase all the products embedded in the equivalent Myers site (Platinum, MegaLoans or Multi-Lender).
- Loan Officer sites are not available if the main site is on our WebBuilder platform.
- The Loan Officer site must be the same Package, Style and Logo as the Parent Company site. If the Parent company has a custom site, then the company must choose a Package and Style for all loan officers.
- The Loan Officer site will not include any of the following at initial launch & will require an additional fee to have added to each Loan Officer site:
- Customizations such as graphics, text edits, page edits
- Add on Products (e.g., Daily Market Update, LTRACK) that were not part of the original package
- All rate products will be shared. The loan officer web site will have the same rates, points and fees as the corporate web site. If you wish to display different rates you will need to purchase our standard Interactive Originator Web Site. If your web site has our RateTracker product - each customer rate request will have your name and email associated with it, and you will get notified when a customers rate request is met. A notification will also be sent to your company.
- Myers must control DNS for your domain name.
- Your web address must be a sub-domain of your company e.g. johnsmith.abcmortgage.com or www.abcmortgage.com/johnsmith. If you need your own custom domain, you will need to purchase our standard Interactive Originator Web Site or you may point your custom domain to your loan officer site.
- All web site fees must be billed to the company. We are unable to bill each loan officer separately. If you wish to be billed separately you will need to purchase our standard Interactive Originator Web Site.
- Your company will need to have a current contract with Myers for web hosting services.
- You may upgrade and/or enhance your site after it is setup at our standard rates.
- Full FTP access will be not provided to the LO sites
