| Oct. 13 — Admit it — with interest rates this low, you’ve been thinking about refinancing your mortgage. There are a number of fine Web sites that will help you figure things out, and here’s a good example — it’s called Mortgage-Net.com. It’s comprehensive and includes a section on interest rates, links to mortgage calculators to help you figure out which type of mortgage would work best for you and how many points you should pay for, and there’s a link that helps you obtain a copy of your credit report, which any mortgage company is going to do.
